Performance Evaluation of OGA ( Natural Gas)

The value of the gas during trading is determined by its chemical composition, but before natural gas can be sold it is required to meet specifications for calorific value and purity.  In order to achieve this array of precise analytical process are required during collection, processing, transmission and distribution. These methods must be achieved efficiently and to the required levels of sensitivity.

Performance evaluation gives whether an analytical system for natural gas analysis is fit for purpose. It can be used either to determine a range of gas compositions or to evaluate the range of errors and uncertainties on the composition or property.   Performance evaluation of an analytical system should be performed during installation OR according to the application .
