The Cal 2000 provides unmatched versatility and accuracy in calibration gases. Field replaceable calibration gas sources (generating cells) provide a calibration standard for accurately testing Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide, Hydrogen, Hydrogen Cyanide, and Hydrogen Sulfide gas detectors with a single instrument.
The Cal 2000 is microprocessor controlled, and has an LCD display allowing field adjustable gas concentrations and flow rates. The sources are interchangeable and field replaceable. Best of all, the Cal 2000 provides up to 100 times as much calibration gas as a disposable cylinder at a fraction of the cost. The electrochemical generating cells do not degrade over time.
The Cal 2000 instrument has a built-in mass flow sensor that automatically compensates for altitude and temperature. The mass flow sensor combined with the instruments’ internal pump, provide extreme flexibility for calibrating both diffusion and sample draw detection systems.
50 and 100 hour sources are available.

Gases supported:
The CAL 101 is our newest and most economical calibration gas instrument. Field replaceable calibration gas sources (generating cells) provide immediate calibration gas for Chlorine, Hydrogen Sulfide, Hydrogen and Hydrogen Cyanide.
The CAL 101 is non-hazardous to ship and will not degrade over time. The electrochemical sources are interchangeable resulting in the ability to calibrate many different types and brands of detectors with one instrument quickly, safely and easily. By simply inserting the appropriate source in the instrument, the user is ready to calibrate.
The CAL 101‘s compact size and light weight provide for safe and easy calibration even for the least accessible detection points. The two “AA” batteries powering the instrument combined with an efficient design provide the user with a light-weight instrument weighing approximately 1 pound or 0.5 Kg.
